  • Replacing lost valid passport                               EC$250.00

  • Replacing damaged or defaced passport                EC$250.00

  • Replacing passport lost due to fire, flood or hurricane                                                          EC$ 50.00

  • Issue of certificate of identity (sea-man's passport) EC$ 25.00

Application Forms

Application for United Kingdom Passport Forms C1 and C2 are to be completed. These forms are available from the Department of Administration.

Form C1 to be completed by persons 16 years and over and Form C2 for person under 16 years.
